Ashley Graham was born on November 22nd, 1989 in Lincoln Nebraska. Ashley Graham suffered from bullying regularly in school due to her large thighs. She grew up with two sisters. Graham was diagnosed as having attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder shortly following her graduation from elementary school. Despite having to overcome many obstacles, including A.D.H.D. in her teenage years, Graham did manage to overcome these challenges. Graham was picked up by a talent agency when she was just 12 in a Nebraska mall. Before finishing her education at Lincoln Southwest High School in 2005, she was featured in billboards and magazines. When she first began her modelling career, she had difficulty finding jobs because her body seemed so unique. Graham was offered a variety of jobs as catalog models, however it was said that she wouldn't be able advance past simple projects. It was a blessing to be able prove the sessions casters wrong, and her career grew rapidly. Sally Singer was the "Vogue Magazine" interviewer that gave her one of her first break-throughs in 2007. She was then included in "Glamour" publication's "These Bodies Are Beautiful at All Sizes" in 2009. Graham made headlines again when she starred in an ad in support of Lane Bryant that ended up being barred from several nations. The ad garnered over 800,000 hits prior to being taken down. She even appeared as a guest on "The Tonight Show" alongside Jay Leno to address the issue after it grew into a tizzy. Graham rapidly gained fame and is today considered one of America's top super-sized models. Grande started acting and singing at a very early age. In 2008 she won a role in the Broadway production of 13 which she performed in, and soon began appearing in bit parts on television shows. In 2010, she received her biggest break when she was offered a role on the Nickelodeon television show Victorious. She played Cat Valentine a teenage girl studying at a school for performing arts. Sam & Cat was the spin-off of her sitcom that aired in 2013 after it was removed from the air.
